Personal Excellence was set up to over come two major problems of today's business environment: namely low staff morale and its corresponding effect on standards of customer service; including the engagement of field sales and telesales personnel.

At the core of Personal Excellence is NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). All our training programs use NLP, both to engage trainees at a level inducive of achieving results, and to teach trainees how to use such strong and proven communication techniques to influence themselves, and others, in achieving results.
